The total cost
of your long distance walk will depend mostly on the type of accommodation
you choose. All four walks offer a wide variety of types of accommodation,
including youth hostels, b&bs, inns, guest houses and hotels. In addition
the West Highland Way offers some diverse accommodation, such as wigwams
and bunkhouses.
It should be noted that not all types
of accommodation are available at every stage of the walks - you may require
to select a variety of types for your journey.
The table below gives an indication
of what you are likely to pay for the different accommodation types,

for less or more nights the cost will be adjusted accordingly.
