Easyways specialises in booking the Cateran Trail. Our local knowledge ensures a trouble free walk on this 63 miles (100km)
route beginning and ending in the East Perthshire market town of
Blairgowrie. Named after the marauding bands of cattle thieves who
used these trails in days gone by, this lovely fully-waymarked circular
Perthshire walk links the glens of Strathardle, Glenshee and Glenisla.
It offers a variety of picturesque countryside following fast flowing
rivers, hill paths, forest paths and rich fertile farmland - the
going generally easy to moderate.
The Cateran Trail is available as an inclusive package offering great value with several itinerary options - click on Route Options & Map above.
Your package includes good quality
and hospitable accommodation at guest houses and hotels (
en-suite where available), together with baggage transfer and a Rucksack Reader
Guide. Car parking can also be arranged during your walk (subject
to availability). Please note that evening meals and packed lunches
are not included in the cost.
