West Highland Way

EasyWays specialises in the West Highland Way, a magnificent walk through some of Scotland’s most inspiring scenery. The first official long distance route in Scotland, it links Milngavie just north of Glasgow, to Fort William and Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain. It is the most popular and best-known footpath in Scotland – passing along the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond, over the wild Rannoch Moor with views into historic Glencoe at the heart of the Highlands before touching the north shore of Loch Leven and reaching Forth William by rugged Glen Nevis.

The West Highland Way offers all types of overnight accommodation en-route with a wide selection to suit every taste including wigwams, bunkhouses, youth hostels, bed and breakfast guest houses, inns, historic houses and hotels.  You will see from our guidelines under Booking & Prices that EasyWays has banded the different types of accommodation. This provides an indication of what you are likely to pay however you can choose a mixture of types of accommodation each day – for example; – a youth hostel one evening and a hotel, the next. Our service is designed to be totally flexible and to suit your individual preference.
